Question: This is not a support issue but rather a licensing question. I just received my order today via FedEx. According to the invoice, 40+ licenses in the order are email licenses. However, I have not received any of the emails or they have been filtered. Who are the emails coming from and when should I r Solution: You should recieve your email licenses from the manufacturer within 7-10 business days. Email Licenses are often used as a substitiution for paper licenses if we cannot aquire legitimate ones, in line with our legal license guarantees. If you believe that your licnses have been redirected, please ensure that email from buycheapsoftware.com is not blocked by your systems and is on your safelist.
