Question:
my webcam is no longer working. I cannot find the disc used to initially download it. How can I get a new disc? My camera was purchased on 4/18/05. The item # is LTWC380K. It is a ProShot 120D Desktop Webcam. My customer # is 114293.

It is very possible that the drivers that came with your unit are for Windoes XP service pack 1. Please download the windows service pack 2 drivers from our site and reload them onto your machine.
These can be found at http://www.buycheapsoftware.com/proshot.zip Instructions for setup are included. All you have to do is locate the XP folder and install from there using the instructions provided.
