5. Make sure that other Antivirus products or third party
Antivirus and firewall software have been completely removed from the computer.
If issue persists, please send us the System Information and Installation Logs so that we can investigate further on this issue. Please refer to the steps below.
How to get System Information:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Run.
3. Type msinfo32, click Ok.
4. System Information window will pop up, click File.
5. Click Export, type a file name and save it on your desktop.
6. Attach it on your next email.
How to get Installation Logs:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Run.
3. Type C:\Windows\Temp.
4. Look for pwixxx.log and tmpxxx.log (where xxx stands for the
number of the log files).
5. Attach it on your next mail.
