Sorry about this. It's a problem that occurered when MS released SP2. Many SP1 drivers, for reasons unknown to us, ceased to function. But as requested, we have the updated drivers for you to download.
Choose the windows xp folder and then follow the instructions in that folder. Once you have gone through the add new hardware process in windows, you will need to restart your machine, then you can use your messenger software (MSN/AOL/YAHOO) to test the camera.
