Question:
I recently purchased Etrust Antivirus 7.1 from you -
Order #152831.
I cannot register or update the software through the manufacturer. They have no record of my purchase.
I also have an issue with installation The Network dialer does not function with Inernet Explore after I installe

Solution:

Contact 1-800-338-6720 to resolve your LICENSE issue.  Your product must be licensed in order for you to get updates.  You need to provide them the key code that came with your software, and the invoice we sent you as proof of purchase.

To solve your functionalit problem, contact tech support at 1-866-422-2774.
