First let me clarify the issue of who issues a license. WE NEVER issue a license. A license agreement is between the MANUFACTURER of the product and the end user, NOT the RESELLER (us). THAT IS FOR ANY PRODUCT ANYONE PURCHASES FROM US. Now, that being said, yes, on this prouduct, the manufacturer provides 1 year of virus definition updates. There is 24 hour technical support available at the manufacturer's website (the web operates 24/7, and there is a knowledge base there, not a live person).
