Thank you, Danial McIntosh Solution: Check at www.nero.com.  This is the OEM, that is orginal equipment manufacturer's version of this softwaren not the retail version.  It can only be installed on a computer that has NEVER HAD A COPY OF NERO ON IT BEFORE.  (not just had a copy uninstalled, but NEVER had it installed on the computer before.)
