Question:
Recently purchased WordPerfect Office X3 and am having difficulty installing it. It keeps telling me that my Serial Number, which came on the card with the software, is Invalid. How do I correct this?
Solution:
I am unable to access your account using the email address you gave, so I can't see if you ordered the retail or OEM version. If you ordered the retail version, contact Corel to help you with your key code issue. If you ordered the OEM version, backup all the data on your hard drive, reformat, reinstall all your software, and install Wordperfect Office X3. If you had a previous version of Wordperfect office, you can't use an OEM version to install it over the old installation, even if you used Windows Add/Remove programs to uninstall it. You must format the hard drive first.
