Dear It Support, I recently purchased the OEM version of Corel 's X3 office. It is supposed to be a fully working version. The serial number supplied with thedisk does not work. ( I am an experienced PC user and have tried all posible combination to no avail.) Please advise ASAP. Your help is g
Solution:
Have you tried formating your hard drive and reinstalling your software, basically to install all your software on a new blank hard drive like an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) would do? I assume that you have, since you are an experienced IT person and know that that is how OEM software is designed to be used.
If you still have problems after doing that, you may go to our customer service link and fill out an RMA request if you purchased the product from us. Thank you.
