Dear valued customer,
If you have received your order and wish to return software, click here to get an RMA number or if you need a return label due to a mistake we may have made in your shipment. This way we may track your return and process any request faster. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) on the outside of the box.
- We're sorry but we cannot accept returns on download keycodes.
- Due to the nature of the software business and very strict manufacturer's return policies, we rarely take back opened software.
- Sometimes we can exchange open software if you reply to our "non-use" email stating you have not installed, registered or activated the software.
- We also verify with the manufacturer that the software keycode has not been used so please allow two business days.
- Your RMA request can only be approved if submitted using this form within 20 days of receiving your shipment of software.
- RMA numbers are valid 20 days from issue only, please ship your item back promptly.
- Please allow 12 days to process your return.
Ordering Errors
If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake please order the correct item and reference the correct part number above, using the “Other" section. We will ship out your new order and email you an RMA#.
Incorrect Shipments
If your shipment arrived incorrect, call Customer Service at 888-999-2611 (option #2) 9am-5pm PST or simply fill out our RMA returns form and we will ship you the correct item.
