Returns Overview. Your RMA apllication will be reviewed by our staff and you will be contacted by email or by telephone as soon as possible. Your RMA request can only be approved if submitted using this form within 10 days of receiving your shipment of software. RMA's take approximately 14 days to process and RMA numbers are valid 10 days after issue ONLY.There are NO returns on Opened Software. All OEM software sales are FINAL. Only unopened retail box, (ie. Full Retail/Upgrade) software and/or email licenses can be returned. Ordering Errors - If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake please order the correct item and reference the correct part number above, using the 'Other' section.Incorrect Shipments - If you have recieved the wrong item, please let us know which item you recieved in error.
