There are NO returns on Opened Software or special order items - previous versions of software no longer in stock, or items we do not carry ordered specifically at a customers request. All OEM software sales are FINAL. Only unopened retail box, (ie. Full Retail/Upgrade) software can be returned. Email licenses, once ordered, cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for like manufacturer licenses.
