They have great prices for their products. Their sites are easy to navigate through; I have little trouble finding the software product I want. I couldn't tell, however, whether the product I want to purchase is really an enterprise edition, however, and although the title of the product said that it was an OEM CD Version, the picture shows the box (which was later found out to be not included as part of the purchase). Luckily, their customer representative was able to answer my questions. |

My only drawback was when purchasing using a purchase order number I think the user should have a place to enter that purchase order number so that it can appear on the bill. This makes it easier to tie bills and purchase orders together from the users point of view. |
